# Marketing Partner

If you are marketing partner for a project or you are an advisor you can ask to be paid directly on a % of the fundraising (1 to 5% max) this helps to avoid scams as it is all written in the smart contract you receive your crypto when the presale/fair launch is finalized.

If you see the message appear when connecting with the wallet that you gave to the project to receive your crypto by going to the fundraising page you should see this message "**You are the marketing partner of this project. You will receive x% when it is finalized**" this means that your address is in the smart contract and therefore that you will receive your crypto when it is finalized.
